Administrative Assistant - Office Manager
Janice Green has twelve years of service in the educational, human services, and social services fields.  She has served the public determining Medicaid eligibility, processing requests for Social Security disability benefits, and as Orangeburg County's Attendance Supervisor working side by side with children and their families.  Prior to employment in the public service sector, she utilized her business education certification in private industry as a trainer, supervisor, and assistant to senior management.  Janice is excited to be part of the CSI family.
Victoria Dixon-Mokeba has twelve years of experience as a teacher and
learner in the field of inquiry based instruction.  She is entering her third year as Lead Teacher of Carolina School for Inquiry where she serves as the Head of School and also as the school’s instructional leader.  Most recently Victoria successfully completed the Developing Aspiring Principals Program offered by the Office of School Leadership at the SC State Department of Education. She has also worked with a team of colleagues around the state writing the newly adopted English Language Arts Standards. She is currently serving as the President of the Columbia Area Reading Council that has over 850 members around the
metropolitan area.  Victoria has 3 years experiences as a Literacy Coach with South Carolina Reading Initiative which allowed her to work in an administrative role interfacing with teachers and administration on a regular basis. She is Nationally Board Certified in Early Childhood Education and has a Masters of Arts in Teaching in Early Childhood Education from the University of South Carolina.  Victoria is passionate about creating and sustaining an environment that fosters meaningful learning experiences for all children!

Dr. Gloria Swindler Boutte is an Education Professor at the University of South Carolina. She is the author of Multicultural Education:  Raising Consciousness and Resounding Voices: School Experiences of People From Diverse Ethnic Backgroundsand numerous other publications related to diversity.  She has presented widely on diversity issues and enjoys working with teachers and schools. She is also the Director for the newly established Center of Excellence for the Education and Equity of African American students in Columbia, South Carolina.  Dr. Gloria Boutte received top award at the South Carolina Independent Colleges and Universities Excellence in Teaching Awards Banquet.

Patsy O'Brien
Food and Nutrition Manager
Patsy O’Brien’s culinary education has been acquired through practical experience. She always had a passion for recipes, preparation and serving of food. She most appreciates all the fellowship that comes from a great meal shared with others.  She is currently chairperson of the kitchen ministry for the Columbia First Church of the Nazarene and loves planning and executing fellowship meals.  She looks forward to being a part of CSI helping to serve the students, staff and parents nutritious meals each day.
